A Real Estate Entity – Organizational Development Consulting
Noura Real Estate has engaged a specialized Real Estate Organizational Development Consultant for a 30-day project to assess the company’s current state, identify critical gaps, and develop a practical Execution Roadmap.
The engagement is structured into three sequential phases:
Phase 1: Current State Assessment (1 Week)
The consultant will conduct in-depth interviews with the Founder, senior and middle management, and staff, review key documents (legal, financial, sales, projects, HR, and systems), perform field observations at the head office and project sites, and run an anonymous employee engagement survey. The output is a neutral As-Is Assessment Report documenting the actual situation without analysis or recommendations.
Phase 2: Gap Analysis (2 Weeks)
In collaboration with leadership, the consultant will define sector-relevant operational benchmarks, then facilitate two workshops to identify gaps. Each gap will be evaluated based on impact, effort, and dependencies, resulting in a prioritized Gap Analysis Matrix.
Phase 3: Execution Roadmap (1 Week)
The prioritized gaps will be translated into five focused workstreams:
1. Commercial & Sales
2. Finance & Funding
3. Operations & Project Management
4. Governance & Decision Making
5. People & Roles
For each workstream, specific, measurable initiatives with clear owners, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria will be designed. The final deliverable is a comprehensive Execution Roadmap, including a 12-week implementation schedule, accountability matrix, and weekly tracking tools, accompanied by a final presentation to senior leadership.
The project includes 81 structured activities across 5 workstreams. The consultant will dedicate approximately 4 days per week. All information is strictly confidential for senior management use only.
This engagement will provide the Real Estate entity with an objective diagnosis and a clear, actionable roadmap to strengthen its operations and support sustainable growth.
Ideal SME Consultant:
We seek a Real Estate Organizational Development expert with 15–20 years of experience in the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia or the GCC. Candidates must have at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (Director level or above).
The ideal expert should possess deep knowledge of the full real estate lifecycle, the Saudi regulatory environment, governance, operations, project management, and financial controls. Strong facilitation, diagnostic, and roadmap development skills are essential. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. Previous consulting experience with GCC real estate developers is highly preferred.
