Project Description
I’m launching a line of tees, cuff-sleeve long-sleeve tops, work shirts and joggers that follow a very specific, non-standard size philosophy. My sketches capture the overall look and the key measurements I need, but I now require production-ready patterns that a factory can sample straight away.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Digital sewing patterns for each garment type, drafted to the unique measurements I will supply.
• Files delivered in industry-friendly formats (PDF for home review and DXF/AAMA or similar for the factory).
• A concise tech sheet for each style noting grain lines, seam allowances, and any construction notes the maker must follow.
Because the sizing is the core of this project, accuracy is everything. I’ll share my sketches, measurement tables, and intended fit notes; you translate those into clean patterns, check the proportions, and suggest any tweaks that will improve wearability while staying true to the spec.
Experience with CLO 3D, Optitex, Gerber, or an equivalent CAD pattern system is ideal, but if you prefer traditional paper first and can digitise accurately, that works too. Once the first round is complete I’ll test them with a sample maker; if we nail the fit, you’ll likely see repeat work as the range expands.
Let me know your preferred software, past work on unusual sizing, and the file formats you can supply. I’m ready to move as soon as I find the right pattern partner.
