HDR Photo Edit: Balanced Brightness

I have a set of photographs that need true HDR treatment—specifically, I’m looking for perfectly balanced brightness levels so that highlights never blow out and darker areas still hold detail. Color pop is welcome, but the images must retain a natural, believable look; no over-processed halos or artificial contrasts. My workflow is straightforward: I’ll send you the RAW files, you deliver finished JPGs (and layered PSD or TIFF if you prefer) ready for client hand-off. Turnaround is flexible, though a 24- to 48-hour window per batch would be ideal so I can keep my own deadlines on track.
