I have a pool of applicants for a voice-based Customer Service Representative role and need an experienced interviewer who can quickly sort the true communicators from the rest. Your sole focus will be evaluating each candidate’s communication skills—clarity, tone, active listening and the ability to navigate common customer scenarios with confidence and empathy. Here is how I picture the engagement: • You schedule and run short (10-15 min) voice or video calls—Zoom, Google Meet or similar, whichever you prefer. • For every candidate, you return a concise scorecard summarising strengths, weaknesses and your hire / no-hire recommendation, all centred on verbal communication excellence. • Because this is time-sensitive, I’d like first reports within 48 hours of kickoff and the full batch wrapped up ASAP.
