Project Description
I’m looking to push our Salesforce org further by tailoring Health Cloud to match the way we actually deliver care. The focus is squarely on customization—no data migration or external integrations at this stage—so I need someone who can dive straight into the Health Cloud data model, tweak objects and fields, build the right automations, and surface information through intuitive Lightning pages.
You should already be comfortable working inside Health Cloud (not just core Salesforce) and understand its care plans, clinical data structures, and console features. My ideal partner can:
• Analyse our current set-up and map out the changes required to meet specific clinical and operational workflows
• Implement configuration changes safely in a sandbox, including any custom objects, record types, validation rules, and flows needed to streamline chart reviews and care coordination
• Test thoroughly, provide clear user-friendly documentation, and deploy to production with minimal downtime
