Project Description
I need a full-featured online food ordering site built from scratch and linked to the external API my pos company already expose for menus, stock and order confirmation. My priorities are a smooth customer journey—browse, add to cart, pay securely—and a clean, responsive interface that works just as well on mobile as it does on desktop. Once a customer places an order the system should hit the API in real time to pull current item availability, push the order through for preparation and return status updates that the customer can view in their account.
Speed is critical; I would like to go live ASAP, so I’m looking for a developer or small team that can move fast without cutting corners on quality, security or basic SEO. You are free to choose the stack you’re most productive with (React, Vue, Laravel, Django, Node, etc.) as long as the final build is stable, well-documented and easy for me to maintain. Integrating a mainstream payment gateway such as Stripe or Razorpay is part of the brief, along with basic user registration and a dashboard where I can see and manually update orders if needed.
Please make sure the code is clean, commented and handed over on GitHub (or similar) with a brief readme explaining local setup and production deployment. I’ll provide API keys, branding assets and sample menu data the moment we kick off.
