I need a full set of drawings that brings together a visually appealing residential landscape and an effective stormwater management system for my home. The landscaping component should highlight a dedicated garden area, showing plant selection, hard-edge boundaries, soil preparation notes, and any grading adjustments needed to integrate smoothly with the drainage scheme. On the waste-water side, I’m concentrating solely on stormwater management. I want plans, profiles, and details that capture roof run-off, surface flows, and subgrade drainage, directing water toward permeable zones or an underground soakaway rather than the municipal curb. Calculations for catchment areas, pipe sizing, and retention capacity must be included so the design stands up to local code review.
