Electronics Circuit Design Technical Documentation
This project requires a licensed Electrical Engineer’s formal review and stamp on the design package for a 10 kW, off-grid photovoltaic system serving a 1 200 sq ft residence in Paulden, Arizona. System overview • PV array: 10 kWdc (string length and module specs supplied) • Inverter: EG4 12000XP hybrid, 120/240 V split-phase • Battery: EG4 280 Ah (14.3 kWh) Energy Storage System, UL 9540-listed at the system level All drawings, single-line diagrams, load calculations and manufacturer cut-sheets prepared by a 15-year solar veteran (50 MW portfolio) are ready for your review. Scope of your review 1. Verify the entire design meets current NEC requirements for stand-alone systems (grounding, OCPD, conductor sizing, disconnects, rapid shutdown, labeling, etc.). 2. Confirm that the UL 9540 listing of the ESS is correctly integrated and referenced in the plans. 3. Identify any NEC deviations and offer corrective notes, if necessary. 4. Provide a signed and sealed letter of compliance plus stamped plan set suitable for county submission. Deliverables (PDF) • Stamped single-line diagram and plan set • Signed compliance letter citing the applicable NEC articles and UL 9540 reference Acceptance criteria The stamped documents must be accepted without revision by Yavapai County Building Safety for permit issuance. All source files (AutoCAD DWG and PDF) will be supplied immediately after award, and I can respond to RFI-style questions within 24 hours to keep the turnaround fast.
