I run a boutique web-design studio and I’m ready to grow by reaching out directly to small businesses that still have no site—or one that screams 1999. Your mission is simple: track down those owners, call them one-by-one, help them understand what a modern site can do for their revenue, and hand their contact details over to me for the closing meeting.
Target market
The first wave is focused on Retail and Healthcare businesses. If you spot a golden opportunity in another sector, that flexibility is welcome, but the core outreach should stay on shops and clinics.
What I need from you each day
• A self-sourced list of prospects that fit our profile
• Personal phone outreach (no ads, no bulk email)
• Clear notes on every call, including owner name, pain points, and level of interest
• Booked appointments or call-backs dropped straight into my calendar
Must-haves
Good communication skills and genuine self-motivation are non-negotiable. If you already have sales chops, fantastic—if not, I value persistence and a friendly phone manner even more.
Compensation
I’m flexible: commission on every client that signs, a per-closed-deal fee, or a hybrid we agree on together. Results speak louder than hours.
