Project Description
My consulting firm relies on a steady rhythm of emails to engage prospects, serve existing clients, and keep strategic partners in the loop—but our current setup feels disjointed. I’d like a seasoned email-marketing specialist to help me tighten everything up.
What I need completed:
• Three reusable, on-brand templates. One should focus on nurturing potential clients, another on deepening relationships with active clients, and a third on concise partner/stakeholder updates. Each template must be fully coded (HTML + responsive) and come with a short guide that tells my team exactly when and why to deploy it.
• A critical review of our current newsletter sign-up sequence. I’ll give you access to the existing flow; you’ll return a short audit outlining what’s working, where subscribers drop off, and concrete tweaks we can make to boost engagement, lead generation, and education—all three goals matter to us.
• Workflow-level automations. After the audit, I’d like advice on which triggers, tags, and conditional paths fit our consulting pipeline, then hands-on implementation inside our ESP (we use Kit).
Acceptance criteria: Templates render flawlessly on major email clients, the audit includes at least five prioritized action items, and automations are live and tested with sample contacts.
I can supply brand guidelines, copy, and access to the ESP as soon as we start and will be available for quick feedback loops so the project stays on track.
