I’m looking for an experienced HR professional who can take complete ownership of our recruitment funnel—from drafting compelling job descriptions through to final interview hand-offs. The immediate need spans entry-, mid-, and senior-level roles, so you’ll need a flexible approach and the confidence to adapt your sourcing and screening style to very different profiles.
Here’s what success looks like for me:
• Job descriptions that clearly reflect each role’s purpose, KPIs, and culture fit, ready for posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, and our careers page.
• A proactive sourcing strategy that combines LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and targeted boolean searches to build qualified shortlists within agreed timelines.
• Structured first-round interviews—phone or video—using a consistent rubric, with concise evaluation notes in our ATS so the hiring managers can make fast, data-backed decisions.
