Project Description
I have a 2,000 m² plot that I want to transform into a residential-led, mixed-use community laid out on a series of landscaped terraces. The first task is a clear concept plan that organises the levels, shows how people and cars circulate, and, most importantly, illustrates an efficient irrigation network that ties the terraces together.
The site will ultimately combine living space with complementary commercial uses, but I am still refining the exact split of retail, office, and apartment areas, so your creative input on land allocation is welcome. What I do know is that each terrace should be connected between each other, for people to be able to circulate. I wamt a drenage system on retaining walls.
Key deliverables
• Scaled concept site plan (PDF + editable CAD) showing terrace layout, reasonable olaces to build cottages on as advise, access, parking, and green zones
• Schematic irrigation diagram detailing pipe sizes, slopes, and connection nodes between terraces
• One contextual 3D massing view or SketchUp model to communicate overall form and levels
• Brief written rationale explaining design choices and future expansion flexibility
I will supply the topographic survey, current photos, and any zoning setbacks I have. Please base your work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or a comparable tool that lets me edit the files later.
I’m looking for a practical yet visually coherent concept that I can present to the local authority and potential investors, so clarity and buildability are just as important as aesthetics.
