I’m expanding my web-design agency and I want a driven salesperson to uncover small businesses across the country that still lack a solid website—or have one that clearly needs a refresh. You’ll be dialling owners directly (no ads, no automated email blasts), sparking a conversation about how a professional, conversion-focused site boosts credibility and revenue, then handing the warm lead to me for the close.
Here’s what success looks like:
• You independently source prospects, verify that their current online presence is weak or nonexistent, and secure their decision-maker’s phone number.
• You create and refine the call script yourself, weaving in our portfolio highlights and common pain points.
• Each day you track outreach volume, conversations, and hot leads in a simple spreadsheet or CRM and book qualified meetings on my calendar.
• A lead is considered complete when I receive the owner’s contact details, key notes from your call, and a scheduled discovery session.
Commission is paid on every project that closes, and I’m open to discussing a flat bonus per booked meeting once we build momentum. If you’re confident on the phone, persuasive, and hungry for results, let’s talk.
