I have already compiled a Google Sheet of property owners and companies active in Québec real estate. For every line, the sheet shows the person or firm’s name, the address of a building they own, and—when available—their own mailing address. What’s missing is reliable outreach data.
Your task is to search reputable online directories and add both a direct phone number and a working email address for each record. Whenever you locate more than one option, choose the most business-appropriate contact first (corporate line or professional email), then note any alternates in a separate column. If nothing legitimate turns up, simply mark “Not found” so I know it was checked.
Deliverables:
• My original Google Sheet returned with two new columns filled: Phone and Email
• A short source note or URL beside each entry so I can verify where the data came from
Quality and completeness matter more than speed; I would rather see a slightly smaller batch finished to a high standard than a rushed pass. In your proposal, outline the online directories or tools you intend to use, your typical match-rate on similar projects, and the checks you follow to avoid outdated or spam-trap addresses.
