I am looking for an experienced freelancer or team (Data Science + Machine Learning + Digital Twin + Research Writing + Visualization) to develop a complete original Master’s project from start to finish.
Project Title
CO₂ Emission Forecasting Using Digital Twins
Project Objective
Develop an interactive 3D Digital Twin dashboard, where changing the energy consumption of a region/state dynamically changes the predicted CO₂ emission level and updates the region colour (Green/Yellow/Red) based on prediction output.
Example:
• Low CO₂ → Green
• Medium CO₂ → Yellow
• High CO₂ → Red
User adjusts energy consumption input → model predicts emissions → region colour changes in real time on 3D dashboard.
using CesiumJS.
Scope of Work (End-to-End Project Development Required)
1. Research & Methodology
Freelancer must handle:
• Full research on the topic
• Literature review support
• Methodology selection
• Project architecture design
• Model selection (SARIMAX / LSTM / Prophet / suitable alternative)
2. Dataset Collection & Preparation
Freelancer must independently:
• Find correct and reliable datasets (government/verified sources)
• Collect CO₂ and energy consumption datasets
• Data cleaning
• Preprocessing
• Feature engineering
• Normalization
• Dataset documentation
3. Model Development
Develop forecasting model including:
• Prediction model implementation
• Model training/testing
• Validation
• Performance evaluation:
o RMSE
o MAE
o MAPE
Include:
• Sensitivity analysis
• Energy consumption variation scenarios
• CO₂ classification logic
4. Digital Twin Interactive Dashboard
Develop complete dashboard including:
• 3D visualization

• State/region level visualization
• Full integration with forecasting model
