I run a job-consultancy service that works with learning-oriented organisations, and I need one person who can keep everything on track while also owning day-to-day telephone sales. This is a full-time, work-from-home role (Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.) with a fixed monthly payout of ₹15,000. What the job looks like each day • Oversee routine operations, assign tasks, and log a concise end-of-day report. • Dial new prospects, introduce our recruitment solutions, and move every conversation forward—cold calls, follow-ups and appointment setting are all part of the flow. • Keep the CRM tidy so I can see lead status, call outcomes and interview pipelines at a glance. Acceptance criteria – Daily report in my inbox by 6:30 p.m. – At least 60 effective dials and 5 qualified appointments per day. – No overdue tasks sitting in the CRM at week’s end. You will do well here if you are comfortable switching hats between light team management and persistent tele-selling. Fluent English and Hindi, a laptop with reliable broadband, a quiet workspace and working knowledge of Google Workspace/Excel or similar tools are must-haves.
