SEO & Website Audit Needed for Local Service Business
I am looking for an experienced SEO specialist to complete a one-time SEO and website audit for my local service business.
My website was rebuilt starting around October and finished at the end of January. Before the rebuild, most of my customer leads came through the website. Since the rebuild, website leads have slowed down significantly.
I need someone to review the website and identify what may have changed or what could be affecting the leads.
The audit should include checking:
- Google Search Console before and after the rebuild
- Google Analytics traffic before and after the rebuild
- Keyword rankings for local service searches
- Google Business Profile and local SEO setup
- Indexing issues on Google
- Old pages, changed URLs, missing redirects, or SEO loss from the rebuild
- Contact form and email delivery
- Call buttons and conversion tracking
- Website speed and mobile performance
- Backlinks and whether they are truly the main issue
I am not looking for a monthly SEO package right away. I want a clear one-time audit first.
I need a written report with screenshots/data showing:
- What is working
- What is not working
- What likely caused the drop in leads
- What should be fixed first
