Store creation & optimisation • Configure a fresh Shopify install, choose an appropriate conversion-focused theme, connect a POD supplier such as Printful or Printify, and upload an initial catalogue that you help curate and design. • Optimise every product listing—titles, descriptions, mock-ups, pricing, tags, SEO, and variant images—to improve click-through and add-to-cart rates. • Implement apps for reviews, upsells, and abandoned-cart recovery. Operations & customer experience • Set up automated order routing to the POD partner so fulfilment runs hands-off. • Build customer-service workflows inside Shopify Inbox (or Gorgias/Zendesk if you prefer) including canned responses and SLA tracking. • Hand over clear SOPs so anyone can handle basic tickets or order issues. Traffic & paid promotion The ad mix is open for discussion; I want your data-driven proposal on whether Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, or a blended approach will give the fastest ROI. You’ll install the necessary pixels, create the first campaigns, and refine them based on real-time performance. Performance expectations I measure success by profitable ROAS, increasing repeat purchase rate, and zero fulfilment errors. Previous stores you managed should demonstrate this, and I’ll ask for verifiable examples before we start. Key deliverables before hand-off 1. Store live with at least 20 fully optimised products. 2. Automated fulfilment tested end-to-end. 3. Customer-service system active with response templates. 4. First ad campaigns launched, tracking events firing correctly, and a 30-day optimisation roadmap.
