Title: Replicate Your Proven Bulk-Email System — cPanel or Windows — GDPR & CAN‑SPAM
I want an experienced provider to replicate a production-grade bulk-email system you already operate for my personal use. This is a replication project (no new feature development): install, configure and hand over your working setup on cPanel (or Windows) account. Preference for FOSS, CLI-capable tools and scaling to ~1,000,000 subscribers. Must handle bounces, automated double opt-in, bulk add/delete, import/export, send-order control, deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, IP warm-up), and GDPR/CAN‑SPAM compliance.
Include resume/portfolio if available, or a short stack summary (components, hosting, list sizes, years running), one-sentence why your stack is great, fixed price and timeline, follow-up 1-year maintenance/bug-fix fee, and sample acceptance-test values. A staging install or limited-access test account must be provided for agreed acceptance tests; payment will be released after tests pass (contractor may retain primary admin credentials until final payment or agree split-payment/escrow). Top 3 (may extend to 5) proposals receive US$10 each as a token thank-you for proposal effort. Detailed proposals preferred. I favor effectiveness, efficiency, ease of use, and automation. Potential for additional projects (for a portfolio of health, investing, products and services domain names)
