Modern Australian Underground Pool Design

I’m setting up an outdoor, in-ground swimming pool here in Australia. Concept design plan and section will be provided. What I need: • Fully dimensioned architectural drawings (plan, sections, elevations) suited for structural engineering and local council approval, including safety-barrier placement that satisfies Australian Standard AS1926.1-2021. • A simple hydraulic diagram marking skimmer, return lines and the equipment zone; enough detail for a pool builder to finalise engineering. • Source files in a mainstream CAD/BIM platform—Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, or SketchUp—together with print-ready PDFs. I’ll provide the current site survey, photos and planning overlays once we begin.
