Project Description
I need a clean, modern website for my outdoor billboard company, UT Outdoors. The closest reference to what I’m after is https://trailheadmedia.com/ — the flow, the bold visuals, and especially the way they let visitors browse their inventory map all hit the mark for me.
Core objective
The site’s main job is to showcase every one of our billboard locations. Each location must open to its own page or modal that displays high-quality photos, a concise description (size, orientation, traffic count, lighting, etc.), and an interactive map pin so potential advertisers can see exactly where it sits. Fast loading and mobile responsiveness are non-negotiable because many of our prospects check sites from the road.
Key features I’m expecting
• A location directory that filters by market, highway, or board size
• Google Maps (or similar) integration for an at-a-glance view of our entire inventory
• Simple contact or “request availability” form tied to each board
• CMS access so my team can add or edit locations, photos, and copy without touching code
• SEO-ready structure, basic on-page optimisation, and analytics connected before hand-off
would like to add drone video of each location
Look & feel
Utah scenery is part of our brand story, so large landscape imagery, earthy colour accents, and crisp typography will help it feel authentic. While I like Trailhead’s layout, I’m open to your creative input on making our version uniquely UT Outdoor.
Please highlight your relevant experience with:
• Building map-driven listing sites or inventory browsers
• WordPress, Webflow, or comparable CMS solutions (tell me which you recommend and why)
• Any outdoor advertising or real-estate portfolio work
Timeline: I’d love to see first concepts within two weeks of kick-off and a go-live no later than six weeks after approval, but let me know if you foresee a different, realistic schedule based on your process.
I’m looking forward to seeing how your experience can bring this project to life.
