Project Description
I need to sign formal partnerships with a few India-based development teams this week. Most of my pipeline and current proect are in SaaS, but every engagement also includes a heavy mobile component, so hands-on experience with Flutter and a mature Laravel back-end workflow is non-negotiable.
Typical projects start at blank repo, move through iterative sprints, and end with a full hand-over plus ongoing maintenance. I am therefore looking for teams—not individual freelancers—of roughly 10 – 25 people who can cover architecture, coding, QA, DevOps and post-launch support under one roof. Reliability and long-term availability are as important to me as raw technical skill.
The core expertise I expect to see is:
• SaaS development that scales cleanly
• Mobile app development delivered with production-ready Flutter
• Proven Laravel mastery for APIs, admin panels and multi-tenant back-ends
Primary focus right now is a set of green-field products where Flutter front-ends will consume Laravel-based micro-services, so please highlight exactly that experience in your response. All projects are time-sensitive; I need onboarding to start immediately.
Acceptance criteria for short-listing:
1. A concise company profile indicating registered location in India and current headcount (10-25 preferred)
2. Portfolio links or store URLs showing at least two live SaaS products and two Flutter apps backed by Laravel
3. Confirmation you can allocate a dedicated sub-team ASAP and sustain maintenance after launch
