Project Description
I have completed pavilion drawings for concrete, electrical, and roof framing and now need a Colorado-licensed civil engineer to review, sign, and seal each sheet so I can submit the set for permit approval. The structure will sit in Colorado, so the stamp must carry a current Colorado civil engineering license number and meet local code requirements and snow/wind load criteria.
You will receive the CAD files (DWG) and PDFs immediately. After your review, let me know if you need clarifications or minor tweaks; I can revise the drawings overnight. Once everything is compliant, please provide a digitally signed and sealed PDF set plus a hard-copy original if the county asks for wet stamps.
Deliverables
• Review notes or mark-ups (if adjustments are required)
• Final civil-engineer-stamped plans: concrete, electrical, and roof sheets in PDF (300 dpi)
• Optional wet-ink originals shipped to my Colorado address, if necessary
Acceptance criteria
• Stamp bears an active Colorado Civil Engineer license
• All sheets reflect applicable IBC, ASCE 7, and local amendments
• County plan reviewer can verify the stamp online without issue
Turnaround of one week or less is ideal, but let me know your realistic schedule. Thank you!
