Project Description
I’m creating a personal relaxation piece: a single, three-hour shot of a sun-soaked tropical shoreline at true midday. I want it built entirely in Blender with Cycles or, if you prefer, Unreal Engine 5—whichever you handle best—as long as the end result feels photoreal.
No colour grading, slow-mo, or arty filters: just the raw, vivid look of bright sand, turquoise water and sparkling highlights. Natural ambience is essential, so please layer in clean stereo recordings of waves breaking and rolling back; subtle wildlife such as distant seabirds or the odd scuttling crab will add life, but no people, sports gear or background music.
Because of the length, you can render as a seamless loop or one continuous take; either way, the transition must be invisible when the video restarts.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• 4K 3840×2160, 30 fps MP4 (H.264 or H.265)
• Three full hours of uninterrupted footage
• Authentic midday lighting and physically-based water simulation
• Discreet wildlife activity; no human presence
• High-quality ambience track: waves and occasional wildlife only
• Source project files (-.blend or UE5) so I can tweak later
If this feels straightforward for you and your hardware can handle the render, I’d love to see a short test clip or a still frame to confirm the mood before you commit to the full export.
