I already operate a live Frappe / ERPNext lending instance and now need a senior developer who has done this before to take it from a basic module to a fully automated origination-to-servicing platform. The heart of the job is extending the existing app, not starting anew. In practical terms that means: • Streamlining the loan workflow at three pain points: application submission, loan approval, and disbursement, with clear stage gates and automatic status updates. • Building auto-vetting rules for credit-score checks, employment verification, and income validation so the system can instantly flag or pass applicants before a human sees them. • Plugging in an AI / large-language-model layer for both document review (payslips, bank statements, IDs) and decision support; I am open to LangChain, OpenAI or similar frameworks so long as they sit cleanly inside Frappe. • Parsing of payslips and bank statements to structured data that feeds the vetting engine. • Generating loan agreements on the fly, publishing an accurate amortization schedule, and pushing the signed docs back into the borrower’s file. • Automating the disbursement workflow, including triggers to local accounting, payroll and payment gateways. • Delivering a simple customer portal as well as a field-agent portal with role-based access. • Packaging everything for cloud deployment (current stack is on ERPNext v14). • A documented hand-over so my in-house team can maintain and extend the codebase after go-live. Python, Frappe Framework, ERPNext, REST / GraphQL APIs, and whatever AI integration you pick must all be handled cleanly with version-controlled code and test coverage.
