Modern Large Home 2D/3D Design

I’m commissioning a full 2D and 3D concept package for a large, modern-style residence (5+ bedrooms). The brief covers both exterior massing and complete interior visualisation. Key spaces to receive detailed treatment are the living room, kitchen, outdoor/patio zone, dining area and a dedicated ladies’ sitting room. For each of these I need: • Scaled floor plans and elevations (DWG / PDF) • High-resolution 3D renders that capture daylight and night ambience • A short fly-through or orbit animation showcasing exterior and the priority interiors I’ll supply the plot dimensions, reference photos and any zoning constraints once we start. You can work in SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or a comparable tool—just provide the source files alongside the final imagery so revisions remain straightforward. Acceptance criteria: models must match the provided measurements within ±2 cm, reflect a clean modern aesthetic, and render at 4K resolution without visible noise.
