Project Description
I need an STL file that I can drop straight into Bambu Studio and slice without extra tweaks. The end goal is to 3-D print a mechanical part prototype, and I only need low-detail resolution—nothing that demands micron-level accuracy.
I will provide simple sketches with the part’s basic dimensions and any mounting holes or cut-outs. From that, I’m looking for you to:
• model the part in CAD, keeping walls, fillets, and tolerances suitable for a quick functional check rather than a final production piece;
• export a watertight STL that is already oriented sensibly for Bambu Studio so I can get a clean slice the first time;
• double-check there are no non-manifold edges or reversed normals that could trip up the slicer.
If we can keep the file size light and avoid unnecessary polygon count, that’s perfect. Once I confirm the print comes out as expected, the project is done.
