I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a fully-featured Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel called Veltro SMM — a dark-themed, responsive SaaS web application that allows clients to purchase and track social media growth services across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.

1. USER MANAGEMENT
• Create, edit, suspend, and delete user accounts
• Custom role and permission system beyond standard Admin/User tiers
• Secure authentication with forgot password flow
2. ORDER MANAGEMENT
• New Order form with platform and service selection, quantity input, and target URL
• Live price calculator that updates automatically based on quantity
• Real-time order status tracking synced from supplier APIs
• Order history dashboard with status badges (Pending, In Progress, Completed)
3. PAYMENT GATEWAYS
• Credit/Debit Card
• PayPal
• Easypaisa
• JazzCash
• Secure balance top-up with automatic order crediting
• Processing fee configuration per gateway
4. ADMIN DASHBOARD
• Platform-wide stats: Total Users, Total Orders, Revenue, Growth
• Live activity feed (orders placed, funds added, new registrations)
• Platform stats: Active Users, Pending Orders, Completed Today, Revenue MTD
• Sidebar navigation: Dashboard, Users, Orders, Services, Payments, Roles & Permissions, Settings
5. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Clean, well-documented code
• API-ready architecture
• Scalable database design
• Concise setup/deployment guide
• Mobile-responsive UI
