I already have a Zoho People account but it needs proper set-up and refinement from the ground up. The priority is to get the initial configuration right, then layer in the customisation that matches our internal HR processes.
Here’s what I expect to be completed:
• Initial configuration – company details, roles, permissions, and all baseline settings so the system is ready for daily use.
• Custom fields – add the extra data points we track that are not covered by standard Zoho People objects.
• Custom workflows – automate our approval chains, notifications, and any conditional logic that speeds up routine tasks.
• Custom reports – build at least a core set of dashboards and on-demand reports so managers can pull insights without exporting to Excel.
Throughout the process I’d like clear notes (or short Loom videos) explaining where each change was made so future admins can maintain it easily. When everything is in place I’ll do a final walkthrough with you to double-check that data captures correctly, workflows trigger as intended, and the reports surface the right metrics.
