I need an Excel-based procurement tracker that will help manage and streamline our procurement process. The tool should be intuitive and easy to use, with the following key features: I am building a powerline division for a client, I would like the first page to have the graph and costing info to each supplier and a spreadsheet with all of the order and costs. - Order Status Tracking: Visualize and update the status of all orders in real-time. - Supplier Details Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers with all relevant information. - Cost Analysis: Analyze and track costs to aid in budgeting and financial planning. The tracker must be able to handle daily and weekly updates on: - Product Details: Include specifications, quantities, and any other necessary product-related information. - Supplier Information: Update as needed based on changes or new suppliers. - Delivery Dates: Adjust and track all delivery timelines. - Comparison between competitors for justification report. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization tools. - Experience in creating custom Excel trackers and main dashboard with macros. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with procurement processes is a plus.
