Traditional House Architectural Drawings

I’m ready to move my house project from concept to permit-ready documentation and need complete architectural drawings that respect a Traditional style. The work must cover every view required for a builder and local authorities to understand the design clearly. Please prepare: • Scaled floor plans for all levels • Exterior elevations on all sides • At least two clear building sections showing major structural relationships Drawings should be produced in CAD (DWG and PDF) so I can edit minor items later if needed, and they must meet typical residential code conventions for dimensions, annotations, and symbols. I will provide the site survey, rough sketches, and any zoning parameters as soon as we start.
