I'm seeking a skilled engineer to create load-bearing structural and load calculations for a residential double-story house. The frame should be made of 2.3 inch OD steel pipe.
Requirements include:
- Dead loads, live loads, and wind loads calculations
- Adherence to International Building Code (IBC)
- Use of provided partial architectural plans
