Project Description
We are looking for an experienced software developer/team to build a Smart Production, Dispatch & Traceability System for industrial operations.
The system will include:
Web-based ERP (Production, Inventory, Reporting)
Android mobile app for barcode/QR scanning (handheld devices)
Desktop module for label printing (optional if web-integrated)
Cloud-based database
This is a serious, long-term system. Only apply if you have built similar systems before.
Scope of Work :
1. Master Data Management
Import item master via Excel (SAP format)
Manage locations (Plant / Warehouse / Branch)
Sub-location tracking
Bulk import/export
2. Production Module
Production planning (plant-wise)
Label generation with weight integration
Barcode/QR code generation
Mobile scanning of packed material
Stock creation with location mapping
Export to SAP Excel format
3. Sales Order Handling
Sales order voucher with unique ID
Mobile scanning against SO
FIFO validation logic
Validation bypass with authentication
Delivery challan generation
SAP export
4. Stock Transfer Module
STO (Stock Transfer Order) creation
Scan-based transfer via Android device
Stock-out and stock-in validation
Receiving validation via scanning
SAP-compatible export
5. Reporting
Production reports (item/shift/day/plant wise)
Inventory reports (location/item wise)
Stock in transit tracking
6. Traceability
Unique tracking for each item/batch
Scan history logs
Duplicate scan prevention
Full lifecycle traceability

Required Experience :

Delivered live production-level applications
