We are looking for a confident and articulate Native English-speaking Software Developer based in Brazil to support us in securing new development projects. This is a client-facing role with long-term earning potential and flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
Represent our development team during video calls, including introductions, technical discussions, and standups
Present yourself using a provided professional profile (name and background will be shared)
Prepare for meetings with our guidance and communicate clearly and confidently with clients
Optionally assist with coordinating and managing local developers after project acquisition
Compensation:
Hourly payment for all meetings attended
20% recurring monthly commission from every project you help secure
Requirements:
Native-level English fluency with strong verbal communication skills
Technical background or the ability to confidently discuss software development topics
Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with clients
