Project Description
I need an end-to-end contract review and approval workflow built with Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Every contract should enter SharePoint, trigger a Power Automate flow, and then move through the relevant business or legal teams for review and sign-off.
The approval chain comes from a single, centralised matrix that I maintain, so the flow must read that list and route items automatically. I also need an administrator role with rights to tweak steps, swap approvers and add new users without touching the core logic.
Integration is essential: approvers must be able to act directly from Teams adaptive cards or standard Outlook notifications, with status updates synchronised in real time.
Deliverables
• Power Automate flow(s) covering contract review, approvals and notifications
• SharePoint lists/libraries for contract storage and the owner-managed approval matrix
• Teams and Outlook notification templates (adaptive cards & emails) wired to the flow
• Documentation showing how the admin can update users, steps and matrix entries
Once everything is wired up and tested, the entire process should run smoothly without manual routing, giving clear, actionable alerts at every stage.
