We are currently running a job-hunting system and are experiencing challenges with resume effectiveness. Despite applying to many roles in the European market with tailored resumes for full-stack developer positions, we have not seen successful results.
We are looking for a senior HR manager or an experienced professional who can help improve our approach. This can be structured as either a profit-sharing arrangement or a fixed-price engagement.
