Project Description
We are seeking a USPTO-registered patent attorney or experienced US patent professional to complete refinement and filing of a non-provisional patent application (Track One).
Important:
We already have a complete draft specification, figures, and supporting materials. This is NOT a from-scratch drafting project.
Scope:
• Review existing draft and figures
• Refine and optimize patent claims (primary focus)
• Strengthen Section 101 eligibility (software/blockchain positioning)
• Align and finalize specification (minor adjustments only)
• Prepare all required filing documents (ADS, abstract, declarations, etc.)
• File the application with the USPTO under Track One prioritized examination
Invention:
Blockchain-based access control system integrated with EV infrastructure, IoT devices, and smart contract authorization.
Requirements (MANDATORY):
• Direct experience with US patent drafting and USPTO filings
• Strong understanding of patent claim structure and Section 101 issues
• Experience with software / blockchain / IoT-related patents
• Ability to work on an existing draft (not full rewrite)
To Apply:
• Confirm if you are USPTO-registered (or provide relevant US patent experience)
• Share 1–2 examples of US patents or claims you have worked on
• Provide a fixed-price quote for this scope (excluding USPTO fees)
Only apply if you have direct USPTO patent drafting and filing experience.
Budget:
We are looking for a cost-efficient, fixed-fee engagement given that most drafting work is already completed.
Timeline:
Target turnaround: 5–10 days for refinement and filing readiness.
We are ready to proceed immediately with the right candidate.
