I’m launching a digital YouTube-automation product aimed squarely at small-business owners and I need a proven closer who can turn the steady flow of warm prospects I’m already generating through social media, email campaigns and online ads into paid customers.
You’ll step in once a lead has shown interest, run a short discovery call (phone or Zoom), address objections, highlight ROI and guide prospects to the checkout page or invoice. The overriding metric is higher conversion—every conversation should move the needle on sales numbers rather than simply adding names to a pipeline.
You should be comfortable:
• Translating feature talk into bottom-line benefits for entrepreneurs.
• Managing follow-ups inside a basic CRM and keeping notes tidy for the next touchpoint.
• Working with calendar tools like Calendly and payment links/checkout carts to finalize the sale on the same call whenever possible.
Deliverables I’ll look for each week:
1. Closed-won report with deal value and call recordings or concise summaries.
2. Conversion rate stats vs. the prior week so we can spot quick optimizations.
3. Short feedback loop on objections you’re hearing so I can tweak the funnel content.
