Project Description
I want to line up reliable, export-ready manufacturers in India who can supply a full range of two-wheeler parts—engine components, suspension parts, brakes and clutches. The goal is to move quickly from short-listing factories to placing purchase orders, so I need someone already familiar with India’s automotive supply chain who can handle the leg-work on the ground.
Your role covers locating qualified plants, securing quotations, confirming MOQs and lead times, arranging samples, and coordinating with shippers once orders are placed. If you have relationships with Tier-1 or Tier-2 factories, even better, but what matters most is proven experience sourcing mechanical or automotive components inside India.
When you apply, highlight the sourcing projects you have managed, any quality-audit frameworks or inspection agencies you use, and how you normally communicate progress to overseas buyers. No lengthy proposal is necessary; a concise summary of your experience will help me shortlist fast.
Deliverables I expect at project close:
• A vetted supplier matrix with contact names, capacities, key certifications and compliance notes
• A side-by-side quotation sheet in Excel (prices, payment terms, tooling costs, MOQs, lead times)
• Courier tracking for approved samples and a clear action plan for the first purchase order
I am ready to start immediately and will arrange a call as soon as I see the right experience on your profile.
