I run a recruitment app that lists fresh part-time openings every day, and I want those roles to be seen where candidates already spend their time—Instagram and TikTok. Your task is straightforward: convert each new listing into a professional-looking image and publish it on both platforms.
Here’s how I picture the workflow: you’ll pull the details straight from the app, lay them out in a clean, on-brand graphic, add a concise caption with the key perks, location, and an “Apply via link in bio” call-to-action, then hit post. Hashtags should be relevant without looking spammy, and each upload needs to go live within a few hours of a job appearing in the app so the feed always feels current.
Consistency matters to me—fonts, colours, and overall styling should match the brand guide I’ll share, keeping everything firmly on the professional side rather than casual or overly playful. If you have experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar quick-turn tools, that’s ideal because speed is as important as quality.
I’ll provide:
• Access to the recruitment app and brand assets
• Posting schedule targets (roughly 2-4 images per day)
• Analytics access so we can track reach and click-throughs together
You’ll deliver:
• Branded image posts for each part-time role
• Captions and hashtags optimized for each platform
