Project Description
I want to kick this project off by standing up a brand-new CRM inside Monday.com. That piece comes first and must be fully functional before we turn to any other tasks. Within the board I will need three core workspaces: lead tracking, sales pipeline management, and a light customer-support desk. Because we’re starting with a clean slate—no historical data has to be migrated—you can design the automations, dashboards, and status columns exactly as you see fit.
Once the CRM is live, I’ll hand over a separate marketing list that needs to be cleaned, de-duplicated, and formatted so it can feed directly into our upcoming email campaign. Think of it as a quick hygiene sweep rather than a wholesale migration.
The final phase is content creation. I’d like a batch of social posts—image and short-form video assets paired with clear, punchy calls-to-action—to promote the new CRM launch and the email campaign. Platform specifics are flexible, but Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook will be the initial focus.
Deliverables
• Fully configured Monday.com CRM board with lead, pipeline, and support views
• Clean, ready-to-import email list (CSV) plus a brief summary of the cleanup steps taken
• Five image posts and three short vertical videos, each with written CTAs and recommended captions
