I’m looking for an experienced off-page SEO specialist to strengthen backlink profile through clean, authoritative directory submissions. Our on-page work is handled internally — what we need is a focused, white-hat citation-building campaign that drives real organic traffic and improves local search visibility across multiple U.S. cities. We operate in the home services space — junk removal, cleaning, plumbing, moving, handyman, painting, yard work and more — serving 50+ U.S. cities with plans to expand aggressively into city/service landing pages. Every link you build strengthens the root domain and compounds across all those pages. Scope of Work • Research and compile reputable, niche-relevant, high-DA directories specific to home services, local business, and contractor categories • No link farms, spammy article hubs, private blog networks, or automated footprints — white-hat only • Submit the site with fully consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone), preferred anchor text, and a short keyword-aligned business description we will provide • Track each submission through to live status, handling any approval emails, confirmation steps, or follow-ups the directory requires • Deliver a live tracking spreadsheet updated throughout the campaign Target Directory Categories • Home services & contractor directories • Local business directories • Moving & hauling directories • Cleaning service directories • General high-DA business directories (BBB, Manta, Superpages, Yellowpages etc.) • Any niche-relevant platforms with real referral traffic Deliverable Format A spreadsheet with the following columns for every submission: | Directory Name | URL | DA | DR | Submission Date | Live Date | Link Type | Status | Updated weekly and shared via Google Sheets with live access throughout the campaign. Acceptance Criteria • Minimum agreed number of live directory links — to be confirmed at proposal stage based on your recommended scope • All links must be indexable and do-follow where the platform permits • Zero duplicate submissions or listings already pointing to our domain • All live links discoverable in major crawlers within 30 days of going live • No penalties, no spam, no shortcuts — clean work only What I’m NOT Looking For • Bulk automated submissions • Links from irrelevant niches • Promised numbers you can’t deliver • Anyone who can’t show me examples of past directory campaigns with verified live links Budget This project has a fixed budget of $600 for 90 days of work. Payment will be structured in 3 monthly milestones: • Month 1 — $250 — paid upon first 20 verified live links • Month 2 — $200 — paid upon next 20 verified live links • Month 3 — $150 — paid upon final delivery, full spreadsheet, and all links confirmed indexable Total: $600.
