I manage my rental portfolio on Hammock Property Accounting and need an experienced user who can step in right away—there’s no time for training. Each month you will:
• Complete full bank and card reconciliations inside Hammock
• Log and categorise every expense so the dashboard stays up-to-date
• Generate the monthly financial reports I rely on for decision-making
All source documents will be sent to you by email; you can upload anything else directly into Hammock as you work. If you already know the platform inside out and can hit monthly deadlines without hand-holding, I’d love to hear how you can keep my books clean and compliant.
I will need everything to be up to date. Mortgages, Tenants, Expenses, Mortgage Interest, Needs to be 100% ready for the accountant. I need a real professional bookeeper that knows how to make sure everything is ready for submission
