Project Description
B2B cold-calling project for an Ireland-based smart convenience market business (unattended 24/7 self-service stores for offices and industrial sites).
SCOPE
- 20 outbound calls to Irish companies. All leads are pre-loaded in our Odoo CRM with company name, target contact, phone, email, address, and context notes.
- Goal: reach the right contact (Office/Facilities/HR/Operations Manager), pitch in 60 seconds using my script, and book an in-person site visit at the prospect's office. All meetings are face-to-face on the prospect's premises, not video calls.
- For prospects who decline an immediate meeting, capture a named follow-up contact and email in Odoo for nurture sequence.
WORKFLOW IN ODOO
- Freelancer is given a user account in our Odoo CRM with access to the assigned lead list (kanban or list view)
- For each lead: open the opportunity card, make the call, log call outcome directly in Odoo (call activity + notes)
- If meeting booked: schedule it as a calendar activity inside Odoo on the opportunity, move the lead to the next pipeline stage, and trigger the confirmation email from the prepared Odoo email template
- If no answer: schedule a callback activity for a specific date/time
- If not interested: move to "Lost" with reason from dropdown
- All work happens inside Odoo — no external sheets, no Calendly, no separate email tools
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or near-native English, ideally UK/Ireland accent
- B2B cold-calling experience, especially in facilities/workplace services/vending/HR-services sectors
- Available during Ireland business hours (9:00–17:00 GMT/IST)
- Comfortable handling gatekeepers and getting redirected to decision makers
- Prior Odoo CRM experience preferred. If not, must be comfortable learning a CRM tool from a 15-minute Loom walkthrough I will provide.
- Will use my script as a base but adapt naturally on the call
DELIVERABLES
- All 20 calls completed and logged in Odoo within 5 business days
- Each lead has: call activity logged, outcome status updated, next-step activity scheduled, notes captured
- Booked meetings appear as calendar activities on the opportunity with confirmation email sent via Odoo template
- End-of-project summary written in a note on the pipeline: total dials, contacts reached, meetings booked, common objections, recommendations

- 15-minute Loom video walkthrough of the Odoo workflow (how to log calls, schedule activities, send template emails, move stages)
- Pre-built call script with opening, value proposition, qualification questions, objection handling, meeting-booking close
- My calendar availability for site visits, pre-loaded as bookable time slots
- Email templates already configured in Odoo (confirmation, follow-up, info request)
- Lead list pre-loaded in Odoo
