We are building a lean, high-impact digital brand at the intersection of content, beauty, lifestyle, and entrepreneurship—and we’re looking for a Sales Assistant who understands how to turn audience attention into revenue for our Lifestyle Blog.
About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for revenue generation and client relationship management across multiple verticals including brand collaborations, digital products, and high-ticket education.
You will work directly with the Founder to execute partnership strategies, close deals, and manage the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outreach & Partnerships
Identify and reach out to brands, agencies, and potential collaborators
Build and maintain strategic relationships
Pitch partnership opportunities (content, podcast, social, campaigns)
2. Revenue Generation
Sell brand collaborations and sponsorship packages
Promote and sell digital courses (EN & ES markets)
Support launch campaigns and monetization strategies
3. Lead Management & CRM
Track, update, and manage leads consistently
Follow up with warm and cold prospects
Maintain organized CRM and pipeline visibility
4. Sales Execution
Assist in closing deals and negotiating offers
Support high-ticket masterclass sales (future expansion)
Handle client communication and relationship nurturing
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (preferred but not required)
Comfortable with outreach (DMs, email, LinkedIn)
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-managed
Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
