Project Description
Title: UX Review Needed for Calm, Non‑Commercial Web Tool
I’m looking for an experienced UX professional to conduct an independent usability and interaction review of a small web‑based tool.
This is not a marketing, growth, or conversion project.
The focus is on clarity, cognitive load, and interaction comfort for first‑time users.
Details will be shared only after NDA.
What I’m asking for:
A short expert review of an already‑built web interface
Focus on:
first‑time understanding
interaction clarity
unintended friction or pressure
cognitive load
No redesign or implementation work required
Please do not apply if your background is primarily:
conversion optimisation
funnels, growth, or persuasion
sales‑driven UX
UI styling or branding only
This is a critical‑thinking‑heavy usability review, not a marketing exercise.
This will suit someone with experience in:
cognitive support tools
health / wellbeing / public‑service UX
research‑driven or internal tools
calm, low‑pressure interfaces
Confidentiality
The project is pre‑launch.
All substantive details will be shared after NDA.
How to respond.
Please include:
A brief note on your UX review experience
One example of a usability critique you’ve done (sanitised is fine)
Your typical review approach
