Job Description Job Title English-Speaking Technical Service Representative (Remote – U.S. Working Hours) About Us We are an IT staffing company that delivers recruitment services by sourcing and placing software engineering professionals for organizations in need of development expertise. Most of our clients are located in the United States, and many prefer developers who are represented through U.S.-based profiles. Why We Work with Offshore Developers When a suitable US-based candidate is not available, we may introduce an offshore developer using a US developer profile. This allows us to move faster in the hiring process and can be financially beneficial for both you and the company. As part of this arrangement, you may be required to attend job interviews using a different profile. If you are not comfortable with this, this position may not be a good fit. If interviews are successful and a project is secured, you may: ● Work on the project directly, or ● Attend meetings only and delegate the development work to other developers Requirements English Proficiency (Critical) You must speak native or near-native English (US/UK standard) with excellent grammar, strong vocabulary, and clear pronunciation. Your accent must be close to a standard US or UK accent, as this role involves representing a US-based developer profile in client interactions. Technical Background ● Experience with React and Python is preferred. ● Technical support will be available during interviews, and you may use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Cursor. ● Candidates with 3+ years of experience in the IT industry may be considered even without deep expertise in React or Python, as long as they can effectively leverage available tools to answer during the call. Availability ● Must be available during US working hours for interviews and communication. ● The ability to join meetings with up to 2 hours’ notice is preferred but optional. Compensation ● Compensation depends on your skills, experience, and English proficiency. ● Once a project is secured, compensation will vary depending on whether you: Work directly on the project, or Attend meetings only ● If you attend meetings only, you may handle multiple projects, and compensation will be based on the number of projects you manage. ● Because you will be working under a US developer profile, compensation will be more competitive. ● Payment details will be discussed on an individual basis.
