I have a 386-page illustrated manuscript that currently lives in an A4 Microsoft Word file. The content combines both full-page plates and inline artwork, all of which need to keep their present look and feel—fonts, headings, image positioning—while being rebuilt from scratch in Adobe InDesign (or an equivalent professional tool) so that the final result meets every paperback specification Amazon KDP requires for a 5,06’’ x 7,81’’ one. Illustrations are in black and white. Front, back covers and spine also need a layout reconstruction.

The job is strictly a layout reconstruction, not a redesign. You will replicate the existing styles, recreate the master pages, reinsert all illustrations at print resolution, adjust margins and bleeds for the agreed trim size, and output:
• An InDesign (or comparable) package with linked images and fonts
• A print-ready, KDP-compliant PDF that passes their pre-press check without warnings
