Project Description
Our team is ready to roll out full SMS automation inside JazzHR and I need someone who can configure the entire workflow from the ground up. The goal is simple: every touchpoint that currently happens by email should have an SMS counterpart so candidates stay informed and engaged in real time.
Scope of work
• Build and wire up SMS triggers for candidate communication, interview scheduling, and job-application status updates.
• Ensure two-way communication is active so candidates can reply and their responses feed straight back into JazzHR, updating the appropriate candidate record or stage automatically.
• Map each step to existing JazzHR workflows, hiring stages, and user permissions so my recruiters do not need to change their day-to-day habits—everything should flow through the system natively.
Technical notes
I already have JazzHR fully deployed; what’s missing is the SMS layer. If you prefer to integrate Twilio, Plivo, or a similar gateway, that’s fine as long as it plugs into JazzHR’s API/webhooks cleanly and stays compliant with opt-in/opt-out rules (TCPA, GDPR where relevant).
Deliverables
1. Review of 8hr build plan, make any needed adjustments
2. Execute remediation build plan.
3. Test for gaps.
Acceptance criteria
• Messages fire at the correct hiring stage without manual intervention.
• Candidate replies populate in JazzHR within 30 seconds and are visible to the assigned recruiter.
• No deliverability issues in a test batch of at least 20 candidates.
