What I need now are working drawings that are highly detailed and truly build-ready. The priority sheets are the electrical layout plus complete sanitary and water system plans, followed by every other discipline that must accompany a permit set. Philippines based freelancers preferred from Iloilo, Dumaguete or Cebu Alongside the 2D sheets, I also want modern-style exterior and interior renders that accurately reflect the finished look and help the investors visualise the space. You’re free to model in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or a comparable BIM/CAD workflow as long as the end files remain editable and export cleanly to DWG/PDF.
